The workshop
A few small things we build and keep running.
Side projects we maintain in the open. It's where we test the tools and methods we'd otherwise only recommend, and where we find out where they quietly break.
Most consultancies don't ship software. We do, in small doses. Three or four side projects, most of them quietly useful to a handful of people, all of them maintained by us.
The honest reason is that advice you haven't lived is easy to give and hard to trust. If we're going to tell a client that AI can write their code, run their tests, or keep a system honest while it sleeps, we'd rather have tried it on something we own first. The workshop is where those trials happen.
Some are finished and open for use. Some are still half-built. A couple will probably end up as proper moralai products; the rest will stay as they are.

Curious what this looks like on your work?
The free assessment is where we'd start: a written, honest look at whether AI has a place in your operation, and what it should and shouldn't touch.
