Short version: we collect only what we need, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we are
moralai is a consultancy based in the United Kingdom. When this policy says "we" or "us", it means moralai. If you have any questions about how we handle your information, email hello@moralai.co.
We are the data controller for the information described below. That means we decide why and how it is processed.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways.
When you contact us. If you fill in a form or email us, we receive your name, your email address, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use this to reply and, if we begin working together, to keep a record of the engagement.
When you use the site. We use a small number of cookies and basic analytics to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. See the cookies page for the full list.
When we work together. During an engagement we may receive information about your business, staff, and systems. We handle this under a separate written agreement and only use it for the work you have asked us to do.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, deliver work you have hired us for, keep proper business records, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
We use a small number of suppliers to run our business, including an email provider, a CRM, and our website hosting. These suppliers process information on our behalf under contract. We pick them carefully and review them periodically.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are kept for up to two years, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back to us. Engagement records are kept for seven years, which is the period UK tax and accounting rules require. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form only.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to see a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, and to have it deleted in most circumstances. You can also object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict that use.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@moralai.co. We will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information in a way that affects you, we will update this page and note the date of the change at the bottom. This version was last updated on 15 April 2026.
