How it works

The assessment is written, start to finish. No call inside it. If we read your form and think we can actually help, we'll offer a conversation about the recommendation afterwards. If we can't, we'll say so in the writing, and that's the end of it.

Ten minutes. The shape of your business, the problem you're trying to solve, and anything you've already tried. Written, not a questionnaire dressed up as one.

We read it properly.
One of us sits with it. We come back with questions in writing if we need to, rather than booking a call to catch up.

A written recommendation.
Within five working days. One of three answers (yes, no, or not yet) with reasoning you can paste into a board paper without blushing.
What this isn't
A few things worth being clear about.
It isn't a sales pitch with a different name. We don't have a paid tier we're steering you toward at the end, and the written recommendation is the deliverable, not a preview of one.
It isn't a scare tactic. We're not going to tell you your competitors are eighteen months ahead. Most of them aren't.
It isn't a fifty-page deck. The written recommendation is usually two to four pages. If it needs to be longer, it's because your situation is actually that complex, not because length feels like value.
It isn't followed by a sequence of emails. If we don't hear from you, you don't hear from us. That's the deal.
