Our promise
The moralai charter.
I keep meeting small business owners who've been sold AI they didn't need, by firms paid when they said yes. moralai is the opposite shape. The four promises below are what keep us that way. If you catch us breaking one, write to me. James Dodd, founder.
- 01
AI not for AI's sake.
Most problems don't want AI. Often a better spreadsheet, a clearer process, or a plainer system gets the job done. A tool doesn't earn a seat at the table just because it's new.
- 02
The freedom to say no.
About a third of our assessments end in some version of 'don't do this'. We can say that because nobody pays us to say yes. No reseller agreements, no affiliate links, no referral fees.
- 03
AI for people, not profit.
We also build. We use our AI skills to make tools and applications that help people directly, funded by us or by partners where we can. For the community, never profit-driven.
- 04
On the side of smaller organisations.
Big companies can afford to be wrong about AI; smaller ones can't. moralai exists to give smaller organisations the same quality of disinterested counsel bigger ones can buy, and to keep it free where it should be free.
See the charter in practice.
The free assessment is where these promises meet your situation. A short form, a written recommendation back. One of three answers: yes, no, or not yet.
